[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery with ajax lightbox

hi, Im using the nextgen plugin together with flexible wordpress theme,

i would like to make an image list exactly like the one that appears at the bottom of this page:
http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-demos/

meaning that when i click on an image, it opens as a lightbox and when i click on each image it passes to the next image, instead of just closing

also i like those NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons on image hover, as well as the pinterest button on bottom left

how can i do something like that?

on my current tries when i click on an image it closes, instead of passing to the next image, and i dont see a way to have those nice next previous buttons on the light box etc, etc
