“error in your SQL syntax”

Hi.

I’m using WP 2.0.4 and i’m getting the following error in the photo addition text box thing. I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do about it, I don’t have access/control of the server, nor do I know anything about SQL or db’s.

Any help is appriciated. I don’t add photo’s to my blog in this way, I use flickr, so it’s not hampering my posting, but it’s just kind of annoying and i’d like to know if there is anything I can do about it.
