This shouldn’t be the case. I haven’t noticed this in any of my blogs (I upgraded 3 blogs like any other user would).
Could you please post some screenshots of the options page?
And, do you notice that there is a count first, then you save options and the count gets set to 0?
Ajay, I think i figured out whtas going on: It has to do with maintenance mode and daily tables. I enabled scheduled maintenance of daily tables weekly and at midnight, but everytime i check or unchek that option anda save (i was testing) it seems that tables are emptied no matter what options you choose.

It seems like when you save the settings and the cron job is set, WordPress automatically executes the job when scheduling. I’ll need to dig into this to see if there is a way to set the job without running it.
