dashboard administrative and design buttons not visible..help?

I just recently moved my word press site over to Go Daddy.
It’s been a disaster!

My site is finally up, but none of my pages are visible in my dashboard. I want to just start over and re design the site but still I don’t even have the option to upload a new design theme because the buttons aren’t visible.
Does anyone have any advice to fix this?
