When I push any of the ‘Export’ buttons under General Settings, I just get a blank page (I’m guessing the blank index.htm) on the following URL:

    /wp-content/plugins/custom-contact-forms/download.php?location=export/

I do not get any prompt, and nothing appears in the export directory on the server.

Anyone as any ideas on this?

[Edit] I should add I have tried using a different browser, no luck.

  • I was experiencing the same problem.
I found the problem was permissions on a directory.
    plugins/custom-contact-forms/export/
This export directory has to be writeable.
I just did a chmod 777 on the export directory.
That seemed to fix the problem, cause the plugin seems to write the export file to that directory and then it can download the file to your computer.
    Hope that helps.

    That’s it! Thank you eadem.

I figured out it would save the file in the /export/ directory, but I just didn’t think of a simple thing like permissions… *duh*. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Would be nice if it CCF would display an error message in the next version.
