Post Preview not working

Hi guys,

Things have been running smoothly until we changed the permalinks to “Post Name”, so we could use the WordPress “Follow” plug in (as per their instructions).

If my partner creates a new post and clicks “preview” we are brought to a page with the Post Title and tags but the body (text and images) are not there. I understand that changing the Post title affects the permalink but in this most recent case all she did was remove an exclamation mark at the end of the post title (which I would imagine wouldn’t affect the permalink at all).

Any ideas? I’m not too good with websites except for very basic CSS (more of a case of add this to style.css etc).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
