need to fully customize

i need my blog to look just like my website, but there seem to be too many changes that need to be made to the index.php, footer.php, content.php, whoknowswhatelse.php, style.css, DNS.php, etc, etc

the instructions are all over the place, click this, click that… then you are lost and don’t know what page you were on before you clicked three click here to learn this links!
