Please have a look at this site.

Last night, it looked fine. Today, it's all broken, regardless of theme. Have tried restoring the files at the root of the WordPress install, but that did not help.
Suggestions on what to do next?

Never mind.
We had the EditorMonkey (Cougar patched) plugin installed and, for some reason, when the user modified a post a whole bunch of '<div ="justify"></div>' pairs got placed around the text.
Not sure why that happened. Didn't happen in my test environment.
