    I want to provide virtual paralegal services to attorneys. I need a fully functional collaboration tool and came across this plugin. So far it seems to fit what I am looking for better than any other but before I purchase the premium version I want to ask the developer if it would be appropriate for paralegal services. Particularly;

    Any security issues with using it that way? The attorneys are not in the same firm so I would need them strictly segregated preferably each one won’t know the other is a client.

    Also I tried to upload a video file and it wouldn’t let me, is this a capability in the premium version or is it a limit issue?

    And any other relevant points you think I should know when considering using it for this purpose?

    Thank you! Great plugin by the way.

    Looked at the demo videos again and have a question. Do the users/clients have to have ImageMagic installed as well to get the proper view? Any other things a user/client would have to have installed to make it work and look the same as it does on my admin end?

    Hi there, I have large uploads disabled on the demo due to space issues. All users are segregated unless you allow them to collaborate.

    Only the server needs imagemagick to process pdf files.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions

    Hello again…I’m back. After searching many many other plugins yours still is the best match for what I need with the exception of one other option. The other one is more a membership plugin and not specifically a user specific content plugin however has extensive documentation and many other features. It is crunch time and I need a solution ASAP. I have a little bit of hesitation because I am looking for a long term solution. Are you planning on continuing development on this plugin? If I purchase the premium will it be updated when wordpress is? What about additional features I may need? Is this plugin reliable as it stands right now or are there still little bugs that need to be smoothed out for security or any other issue? As I mentioned before I am looking for a plugin to allow me to offer some virtual legal services to my clients.

    You are very attentive in this support forum so I am reassured you offer good customer service. Big plus!

    Hey hows it going?

    We plan on continuing development and staying up to date with the latest wordpress versions. We have a premium version to financially support our free version so there is not a problem there.

    The plugin is reliable and you can purchase a premium support package if you need more hands on experience. Regular support includes bug fixes (if any found) and instructional support. Premium Support includes hands on support by email,skype or phone.

    I would recommend you get an ssl certificate for your server if you want to add an additional layer of security.

    I can respect that. Thanks for the tip my site does have an SSL. My site is not hosted by wordpress, when I purchase the premium where do I upload it in my FTP file?

    On the subject of security:

    Files are simply uploaded to the ‘uploads folder’ – by typing the general upload location in the browser, all uploaded files are visible to the public.

    Do you have any plans to resolve this or indeed a ‘work-around’?
