Send Actual Forgotten Password

    What needs to be modified so that when you click forgot password,
    WordPress send the user’s actual password instead of a reset password link?

    Also, change it so that it only accepts email address and not usernames for retrieving password.

    Can’t be done. WordPress doesn’t know the password. It stores the hash, which is not easily reversible.

    How do you add the email password option for existing users?
