   I downloaded the wordpress blog to my powweb server,
   but have no idea how to access or use it. I located
   the readme file but the very first instruction has me baffled...

   "Open up wp-config-sample.php with a text editor like WordPad or similar and fill in your database connection details"

   I opened up the file, but have no idea how or where to fill in database connection details because...

   1. I have no ideas what details are needed
   2. I have no idea where to "fill them in."
