   I have just gone through the database installation step starting from the page blog/wp-admin/install.php.

   However, after I finished install wordpress and got my admin password, I went to page blog/wp-admin just wanting to log in, but the page said that "You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-admin on this server".

   Can anyone help me? Thanks.

   ps. WP is installed with Apache 2.0 + php 5.1 under Windows XP sp2

   Is index.php a listed index filetype in the httpd.conf file?
   Or can you add it using .htaccess?
   (I'm assuming you have access to the conf file. If not, do say!)
