Placing anchors in Toggle boxes

Good day,

I hope that somebody might be able to help me.

I am having difficulty with linking to certain content on my site. I have on some of my pages content placed in “toggle” boxes. Most of these boxes are closed by default.

I would like to link to one of these toggle boxes (like an anchor) and then have it open automatically.

Does anybody know if this is possible?
