show all category posts from specific category

I’m trying to figure out if its possible to show all of the posts from a particular category listed at the top of a category template page.

What I want is this:

user goes to blog landing page
user clicks a category on sidebar
category page loads showing posts from that category. above all the content, a sub menu of all the posts from that category show without any excerpts, just links to the single pages.

Is there shortcode for this?? A plugin?
