Upload .DOC & PDF profile custom file

Hello!

I’m creating some custom fields in profile page, such as “Job” or “Institution”. They’re text fields and I’ve found out how to create and save the data, with fb_save_custom_user_profile_fields() function.

Now I’d like to create a pdf/doc file upload button to insert also in the profile page, so user can upload a resumé and then show the download link in the author’s page.

But the only thing I’m finding is a way to upload an avatar/image form, that that’s not what I want. I want only for PDF or .Doc format files and then save it.

Does anyone can help me?
