   Hi!
   Is necessary plugin, or even form (analog in admin panel), allowing to any visitor to add post, which would occur in draft copies.
   There is something such?

   No.. but there is a way around that.

   Like my blog here:
   http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/TestTrack/
   I have the login information in the sidebar.

   You could create that user as an author so you have approval first.
