  • I’ve installed the WordPress core files in a folder called /wordpress/ and plugins, themes and uploads in a separate folder called /content/ on the same folder level.

When I try to backup, a new folder is created on my server in /content/ called /backups/ and I see 2 .sql files and an index.php. None of those files end up in my Dropbox. I’ve excluded all files for now, but a few random files do show up in Dropbox. This time it was wp-activate.php.

I’d really like this to backup my database files to Dropbox. My uploads are stored on a CDN and my themes and plugins are in a subversion repository. This would really help complete the missing link instead of doing a manual cronjob.

    Great concept for a plugin!
