  • There is a tab called ‘Install’. Use it.

I am using nginx as a ‘frontend’ and apache as a ‘backend’ so the “install” tab shows nothing but apache rewrite rules.

I’m assuming someone with a ‘nginx + php-fpm’ setup would see the nginx rewrites?

If so, could someone using nginx please ‘copy / paste’ the rewrite rules from the “install” tab and paste it in here?

So apply the Apache rewrite rules?

You don’t understand – there is a reason I’m asking for this.

I would like the nginx rewrite rules so I did not have to load/bloat apache with (deflate, headers, expires, etc) modules.

Nginx can handle all this much more efficiently.

Then go NGINX all the way. What you are saying does not make any sense.

If you know what you are doing, then you would know how to change the rewrite rules provided for Apache to NGINX’ format.

I can’t go NGINX “all the way”, that’s not an option. I have already tried to convert the rewrites – and have issues with it.

It’s why I was asking for assistance …

I’m assuming you have no experience whatsoever with dedicated servers running frontend / backend setups. It’s quite common when you’re dealing with heavy traffic.

Anyhow, I’ll just go ahead and marked this solved and find assistance elsewhere. Thank you for your time.

If you know what you are doing, then you would not be here in the first place:
    – There is no such thing as “up-to-date” rewrite rules.
    – Would you apply the provided Apache rewrite rules, you would get the result you seek for.

I personally have a lot of experience in all kinds of set-ups. I have set-up entire infrastructures, but not that it should matter. Your prejudgement says a lot about you though. 😉
