[Plugin: Drafts Scheduler] Curious Time Outs

I have a bulk set of posts about 2K’s worth in draft format. I set the scheduler off for a run and note that about 200 on average are done before the plugin is sent to the home screen… is that because the plugin processing time times out?

If so… how do you extend the time it runs for to process the whole lot?
