weird plugin problem

I tried using the plugin called “add to header”. I didn’t like one of the things I added so I deleted it from the html section they have you add in your html codes to be able to add things to the header area. No matter how many times I have deleted that code and updated after deleting, its STILL there, unless I deactivate the plugin. I have uninstalled and deleted it then cleared cache, then tried again, for the life of me I cant figure out what’s going on but I would really love to be able to use this app, it might be the only way I can do what I’m trying to do. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. http://www.candlelitlife.com
