   All of the links on my page for blog categories, archive, comments, etc are giving me an HTTP 404 Error. It was all working fine when I started up my website a few days ago. But now everything seems to be falling apart.

   Any suggestions?

   You should have mentioned that you changed the permalinks - that's your problem: they don't work.
   1. Try to set them back to default.
   2. Read: http://codex.worpdress.org/Using_Permalinks
   3. After that try again the permalinks settings but before that check with your host if the requirements for the "nice" permalinks exist.

   Those darned typos.

   This one will work: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

   In particular, confirm your host has mod_rewrite and AllowOverride properly set. (lots of other trouble-shooting stuff at that link)
