   What in the world is a "Post Slug" and when/why would I use it?

   A post slug typically is a shorthand version of the post's title with certain characters escaped or dropped. It's used in an individual post's URI to help identify posts and avoid conflicts with similar posts. :)

   I wonder how "post slug" should be translated to Swedish. I can't figure something good out. Anyone have suggestions? I really need to change the translation in sv_SE.

   small URI perhaps! Post Slug surely confused me at first too.

   Please note that this thread was over a year old.... long before 1.5 came out. And before 1.2 as well, I think.
