[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] subscription confirm dysfunctional

Users provide email addr and click Follow button. When they receive the confirmation email, they are not able to complete the confirmation. Sometimes they don’t ever receive a confirmation email.

Sorry I can’t be more specific, but these folks can’t all describe very well what happens. Can we treat it like a generic problem? Maybe it has to with settings, or maybe not all domains or computers are treated equally. What else?
