For some reason a WPPA link has been amended to my main site home page URL.

The WordPress settings are set to make the home page

http://tonyswash.com/Tony

Now whenever that URL is loaded in a browser the following is added to the end

?wppa-photo=4462

so that the home page link in the browser is displayed as

http://tonyswash.com/Tony/?wppa-photo=4462

I have tried resetting the permalinks but that doesn’t help. Any idea why that bit WPPA code is being added to the URL and how I could remove it?

It is a very long story to tell how this happens, do not worry about it, it does no harm and it will be fixed in the next version when a new implementation of rendering the single photo (e.g. %%wppa%% %%photo=….%% ) script will be released.
