How to display external Contact Management database?

I’ve built a simple site for my local cricket club (www.wilcotcricket.co.uk) and I want to have a password protected page for individual player information where they can update availability, change of phone/address etc. What would be the best way to go about this, i.e. is there a plugin? The WP CRM plugins all seem to focus on ‘User’ information as opposed to audience.
