How can i tell if my Word press site ha been blacklisted due to udating to much?

    I have a theme I bought and I installed it one of my domains.the question I have is:

    1.How can I tell if my blog is getting tagged as spam by the ping services?
    I have done alot of editing and updating previously published post for SEO purposes

    2.And if my Blog is getting tagged how do I get white listed again?
    I’m using CbNet ping optimizer and it looks like that plugin is only compatible up to WP 2.9.1 & hasn’t been updated in over 2 years so I think I should stop using that plugin.

    3.I heard of a plugin called maxblogpress ping optimizer that does the same thing but it looks up to date but I can’t find it in the plugin directory.Does anyone know anything about this one & can it help me?
