Password Detrmines file downloaded

    So I’m looking for a way to create a password form to download a file, similar to the “Download Manager” plugin. However this doesn’t work for me because I need one form where 5 different passwords can be entered and depending on the password that is entered a different file is downloaded. Any suggestions?
