[Plugin: Simple Local Avatars] Breaks Pages with Comments

I have a site that has over 10,000 comments. For some reason, on the very last (newest) page of comments, the comments don’t load. This plugin is the culprit. Not sure what’s going on. Here’s the page: http://LindseyStirlingViolin.com/fans/
