    I have the option to use the first picture as a thumb selected, but no matter what number I enter in the field for the thumbnail width, it doesn’t change the size of the picture.

    I have tried:

    200
    200px
    200px;
    width: 200px;

    I have also tried the above with 50 and 100.

    Nothing I do seems to change the size of the thumbnail picture.

    Please help.

    Also, is there a way to create padding around the picture so there is more space between the picture and the text?

    Thanks for your help!

    Sorry for a late answer, very busy here. It should work with just 200 (the width in px). If you click the option of the first image of the post in the widgets settings, that image will be resized and the width will be your 200 px.

    Could you provide a URL of some website, you are using the widget in?

    Regards,
    Stefan

    As I hear nothing and the behaviour of the plugin changed anyway, I regard this as resolved.
