[Plugin: Eve Killboard Plugin] Timing Out or lack off

While I was working on another plugin eve-kill.net went down.
I noticed you don’t have a timeout set for curl, when the cache expired the plugin caused my widget bar to stop loading in a timely fashion.

curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_TIMEOUT,$some_time_here);
