Moving the blog off the main page?

    So this is my website:

    http://www.sansfromage.com

    What I’m trying to do is have the blog posts show up on sansfromage.com/blog but I can’t figure out how to do that. The titles of the posts appear on the main page, but that’s the only place. When I go into Settings and Reading, and change to Static Page and set the Post Page to Blog but then it just recreates the whole front page on the blog page, and creates a white block around everything on the front page. What do I do?
