[Plugin: Assign Missing Categories] Works in 3.4.1

Thank you for this plugin.
When I did a mass convert categories to tags, a lot of posts ended up with out any category at all. Was somewhat stuck until I found your plugin.

Just wish to confirm to other folk that this plugin worked without any problems on WP 3.4.1 (or at least no problems I am aware of).
