• Hello,

I have a small problem. I am trying to create two pages with the same name and slug into different branches. And the qtranslate slug plug-in does not allow me to use the same slugname

    branch1
    !—-page A —- QT slug A
    !- OK !- OK

    Branch2
    !—-page A —- QT slug A
    !- OK !- Not OK

Could anyone help me figure this one out and come with a solution?

    Thkx, Hildo

    What really you mean?

    page-a/page-b/

    page-c/page-b-2/ => should be => page-c/page-b/

    ?

Yes, that is right Carlos. Same slug name under different pages does not work. This possible is with the standard setup of WordPress.

Ok, for now the rules for prevent duplicates are per post_type or taxonomy and language, but not per branch, i will try to enhance this on next releases.
    Thanks for report.

    Hi Carlos,
if it’s needed, i’ve the same issue of Hildo:

. home > calendar (slug ok, “calendar”)

    and

. home > events > calendar (slug isn’t ok, “calendar-2” rather than “calendar”.

Many thanks for adressing this issue as soon as you can,
    Riccardo
