    Hi guys

I’ve had this issue also. Its actually been covered in a previous thread. You may find the solution to your problem here:

If not read try this thread:

    Hey guys,

There is an issue with the DbDelta function that isn’t working on all system correctly to update the table schema. The easiest fix is to deactivate and delete the the current install and then reinstall the plugin. This will properly rebuild the table and you should be good to go. It is also recommended to un-install the previous version and packages do to a security update.

Let me know if you see any other issues.

    Thanks

OK. That technique works. The newly created package shows up.

    Thanks

Through the beta the plugin may require a few reboots as I’m trying to workout the various kinks with back-wards compatibility. I’ll be making an announcement on the FAQs when back-wards compatibility becomes stable.

    Thanks for being patient!

Thank you @lifeinthegrid. That’s working on mine now too.

Oh – I managed to get the package downloaded, but when I tried to install it on another server it caused all sorts of problems. When I could finally get back in to WHM, I restarted the server and all my sites came back. These sites were in different cpanel accounts.

I’ve never had a problem like that. Is it possible the script ran out of control?

    Hey Brett,

Can you describe the problem? Do you happen to have any log files?

    Thanks

    That fixed my problem also.

Excellent! Also to mention this should be taken care of in the next version…

Just upgraded to 0.3.1. No problems making packages. This issue is definitely resolved.

    Thanks again.

Also to note going forward with 0.3.1 the legacy packages will show for download purposes only, however the process for getting the installer is a bit manual. The recommend approach is to just use the new packages going forward and remove all your old packages.

Hi. I’ve tried rebooting the plugin three times and am still having the same problem. Package file seems to build just fine and shows up in the wp-snapshots directory with the correct file size, but when running installer.php, I get “No package file found.”

    Hi siriusly,

Did you upload the installer.php and package.zip to the exact same directory at the new location? Also make sure the directory that you upload them to doesn’t contain any other files. If your still continue to have issues, feel free to submit a support ticket.

    Thanks

Hi — thanks for the quick response! So _both_ package and install.php need to be in the new location’s directory… (I totally missed that in the documentation–sorry). Just did that and it worked splendidly! Thanks for your work on a great plugin!
