Where did you install WordPress on your site? Have you edited the default Twenty Eleven theme at all?

That should be fine. Do you have an .htaccess file in your root domain? If so, try renaming it.

Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the Twenty Eleven folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
