[Plugin: Backup and Move Plugin] What does this plugin backup?

    What exactly does this plugin backup? I could not work it out from the plugin’s description.

    1) WordPress database-core only?
    2) same as 1 + installed plugins db tables?
    3) same as 1 + uploaded files, i.e. images, PDF?
    4) same as 2 + 3?
    5) full wordpress database + full wordpress folder?
    6) other variation?

    Restoration:
    7) Does wordpress need to be installed on new site prior to restore?
    8) Can restore be launched from any folder of the new host?
    9) Can the WP database and Db table prefix on new host be different from original site. If so are links to images and links within posts updated automatically during restoration?
