i have managed to find all of places to configure wordspew except for one.
where , and in what file, do i changed the number of words that a person can type for each message?

I'm not familiar with that plugin, but, have you tried contacting the author of the plugin? Maybe someone else around here knows about it, and will help you then. ;) Good luck!
