Any way a vistor can upload an image?

    I would like to give users the ability to upload an image in their post. Is there a way to do this in wordpress?
    I new to wordpress but have searched a bit on this topic and found nothing yet.

    If you want it hosted on your own server, a plugin like Organizer is great. You have to set it up for each user, but it works very nicely and gives you complete control to allow them into all folders or just their own personal one. It also lets you deny them delete privelages.
