Try this: using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with, navigate to wp-content/themes
and delete just the hatch
directory. Only that one directory, nothing else.
Once that’s done visit http://your-wordpress-URL-here/wp-admin/ and see if you can get into your WordPress dashboard.

The sidebar says you’re running WordPress 3.3.1 and that wp_get_theme()
was added in 3.4 which is why you had that problem.
Aside from security patches and keeping up to date (always a good idea) you really do want to upgrade to WordPress version 3.4.1. You’ll run into that undefined function error more and more until you do.

ya, was just waiting for all the add ons I use to be 100% compatible…
I got the same problem with the HERO theme, I solved it with this.
