Authors list into multiple pages

Hello,

I am trying to make an authors list on a page on my blog. I made the list no problem, thanks to help on this forum. However, it has occured to me that this list just populates that page that the php code is on to list all the authors, which will, eventually populate to a very large amount.

I have looked into all the pagnination but all those just link to the next page in the menu or any of the pages that I tell it to link to. What I would love to have happen is to make it so that on the page that the list of authors is on cut down to list 10 authors at a time, but at the bottom of the list, there is a next/previous button that displays the next 10 in the list.

Is there a way to do this? any help would be appreciated.
