can i import from blogharbor into WordPress?

I was reading the codex; http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_from_other_blogging_software

and it listed a link to learn if we could import our blog entries from Blogharbor [which is based on the Blogware platform] but the link no longer works.

Does anyone know if it’s possible? An online resource would be helpful. thanks.
