Easiest Tutorial For Upgrade?

    Hello everyone,

    One of my blogs uses quite an old version of wordpress and I want to upgrade it to the latest version.

    I have looked around the forum and found many references to how one should go about upgrading to a new version of wordpress.

    Now, I am not at all comfortable with PHP coding or SQL administration. Can anyone please be kind enough to direct me to some simple tutorial that shows step-by-step how to do it?

    I would be highly obliged for any guidance you people can offer me.
