I want to load posts from category by year

Hello,

I am using latest version of WordPress.
I have already setup category view. So I can see post list from my selected category on http://localhost/category/newsletter/
But I want to lost all post from a category with selected year.
Example:

Year:
2010
2011
2012

Post list of "2011" from "Newsletter" Category
- Post one
- Post two
- Post thee

If I want to load “Newsletter” category for 2011 year than the url should be http://localhost/category/newsletter/2012/ But when I use goto this url than it is redirecting to http://localhost/2012/

Is there any way to load by Category and Year with seo URL?
