    Hello,

I have a problem with the SuperFish arrows on my site’s main navigation menu:

When you first go to my site (www.creation-cards.com) there should be an arrow on the “products” tab which would denote the existence of child pages. However, the arrow does not appear until you click on the tab. The same thing happens with the next two levels of child pages, the arrows do not appear until you click on the tab.

This began happening after I installed the latest version of WP. I am thinking that it could be a bug, however I have not seen any other posts on the WP forum that describes the problem I am having.

    What could be the problem?
    Thanks

  • Have you tried:
    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Okay I found the problem… it’s the eShop plugin. Outside of deactivating and/or deleting it… what can I do?

Contact the developer and see if there if an upgrade.

Ok thanks for your help. I’ll do that.

Hey I figured out what the problem was. There was an eShop subpages setting that hid the subpages until the parent page was clicked. So I guess it wasn’t a problem with either WP or eShop, haha 🙂

    Thanks for your help!
