[Plugin: prettyPhoto Media] Not Working in Theme

I’ve used this plugin on several sites and had no issues. With this particular site the window pops up all white and I hear the sound but cannot see the video. I changed the default theme and could see the video a little but not correctly. I am guessing there is some conflict within the wordpress theme I am using but have no idea where to even start. It’s not an option to change themes at this point so really need to figure it out.
