site updates in multiple languages

    Hello all,
    I am running a 2 languages website.
    I would like to give the option to my subscribers to receive updates only in the language they pick (it can be English or Italian or both)

    Any suggestion out there, I am willing to pay for a premium plugin, if it gets the job done.
