beccary.com template upload/ Godaddy WP install

I’m not quite understanding where the folder “wp-content/themes” is. I can’t find it on my computer’s hard drive. I unzipped the file and when I login in and try to add it under “files” under manage or upload it in “themes” it is distorted. I’m not grasping it even though it sounds fairly simple. It says to upload the “folder” I’m extremely confused. Please help.

“To install a theme, simply unzip the file and upload the resulting folder into your wp-content/themes folder. Login to your admin panel, go to the Presentation tab, and activate the theme.”
