Page load waiting on on gtrans.

PROBLEM:
Sometimes the call to load this JS file, lags when there are connection problems to the server. This prevents the entire page/site from loading and thus creates a loss of traffic and a poor user experience.

SOLUTION 1:
Update the plugin to have the file loaded locally from the site.

SOLUTION 2:
If 1 is not an option, then how about moving it to the bottom of the page or adding logic for deferred loading? That way it will not hold up the entire page/site if there are connection problems to it.
