• WP Customer Reviews Plugin is a great plugin!

    It makes adding comments supporting rich snippets very easy!
    However, I have a issue with it.

    When testing with Rich Snippets Testing Tool I noticed that aggregate reviews are not being calcuated properly, the plugin is gererating the following:

    hreview-aggregate
        summary = Reviews for my site
        item hcard
        fn = Dr Some Name
        org
        organization-name = Dr Some Name
        adr
        country-name = UK
        tel
        url = http://www.website.com/
        rating
        best = 0.0
        average (normalized to 5.0 scale) = 5.0
        average = 0.0
        count = 0
        Warning: count field is 0.
        Warning: votes field is 0.

    As you can see best, average and & count are 0.

    Changing the plugin core files is not a great idea (will be overwritten on the update). Any other solutions you can think of?

  • Hi I found this problem too. If you check the active box on page/posts to activate reviews the aggregate fields populate correctly.

    Additionally if you use [WPCR_INSERT] short code and actually specify a page ID the output reviews also show the aggregate information populated correctly.
