• I have changed some of the categories for my blog. The parent of some of the categories have been changed. Now I have 404 errors piled up in Google Webmaster Tools’ Crawl Errors section. All those errors are found to be relative urls embedded in the posts I published a couple of months ago. For the past one or two month I have been using absolute paths.

What can I do to convert those relative urls to absolute urls? All relative urls are external urls targeted to some other website.

Is there any plugin that can help me change relative urls to absolute urls?
